Directions:

Ingredients:

Each serving contains 8,800 mg of magnesium (from magnesium oxide and rice chelate), 4,000 mg of jiaogulan (Gymnostemma pentaphyllum), 4,000 mg of taurine, 3,000 mg of acetyl L-carnitine HCl, 2,350 mg of phosphorus (from monosodium phosphate), 2,000 mg of fenugreek, 1,500 mg of alpha lipoic acid, 560 mg of pyridoxine (vitamin B6), 560 mg of thiamine (vitamin B1), 150 mg of zinc (proteinate), 50 mg of copper (proteinate), 20 mg of biotin, 5 mg of chromium (yeast), 4 mg of iodine (from kelp), and 3 mg of selenium (yeast). Inactive ingredients include beet pulp (no molasses added), grape seed meal, heat-stabilized rice bran, lignin sulfonate, natural flavor, sodium propionate, and cold-pressed soybean oil.
