The Jeffers Pony Poppins line was designed specifically for minis and ponies. Our line was specifically designed so that the smaller sizes have a shorter drop…while not being so short that it doesn’t cover the belly. Designed with a higher neck that hits about mid way up your horse’s neck. An extended neck turnout is a great choice for horses with a prominent wither or to provide more protection against the weather without having to use a neck rug. They also help to prevent drafts down your horse’s back. Comes with a replacement set of elastic surcingle and hind leg straps. Features Jeffers standard neck that has been designed to sit in front of the wither to prevent rubbing.
